Abstract

In the work the importance of the defense of the Homeland is approached in the current moments. The deep roots martianas of the defensive conception are demonstrated, which has their foundation in the rich combative tradition of the Cuban town. It is applied in a creative way the Marxist-Leninist theory of the war under the concrete conditions of the country.
