Abstract

University Extension  is essential for the formation of professionals of education, so the need to promote it from all contexts. The objective of the presented study was to implement university extension through the Physical Education class in pedagogical students through a system of actions that allowed the improvement of the students´ physical preparation. It was selected the athletics class to achieve this goal. The designed activities provided the students with the necessary abilities for their future profession, as well as the strengthening of their health, personality and habits formation and physical, intellectual and spiritual capacities, useful for the fulfillment of their human development.
