Procedure for the management of audiovisual production at the Solvisión Telecenter

Abstract

This article responds to the need to increase the effectiveness in the management of educational audiovisual productions of Cuban telecenters and aims to offer a procedure, with a process-based approach, that allows the improvement of efficiency in management. of educational audiovisual production at the Solvisión Telecenter. Theoretical and empirical methods were used, which contextualized approaches and models associated with the topic, adapting them in a creative and relevant way to the particularities of Cuban telecenters. A solid methodological framework was offered, which served as the basis for the proposed procedure for Cuban telecenters, with the necessary methodological tools to guide specialists and managers in the management of educational audiovisual production. The results achieved demonstrated that the procedure contributed to the effectiveness of the educational audiovisual production processes in the Solvisión Telecenter, which evidenced a progressive improvement in the process management of audiovisual production in the telecenter studied.
