The process of characterization psicopedagógica in university teachers' initial formation

The psycho pedagogical characterization constitutes the process of definition of the individual particularities of the pupils, the assessment of its school surroundings, relative and communal and of the relational forms that are established between the student and his/her means. Strategies that contain activities for the educational work become evident in the investigations accomplished, on the base of an insufficient knowledge about the students without propitiating the auto-knowledge, and the self-reflection, manifesting itself because of the present-day status of assimilation of the knowledge acquired, without paying attention to the knowledge of the conditions students have to achieve the objectives of the new level of teaching. In the search of possible solutions, it could be recognized that contributions prove to be insufficient to offer methodological guidelines to be more than enough while conceiving instruments that guarantee a psycho pedagogical characterization as an integrative conception.
