Development of logical thinking in university students of law of the Canton Guayaquil-Ecuador's career

This article deals with the outcome of the study on the characteristics of the development of logical thinking in university students of law's career that is obtained from the application of a didactic strategy based on raising the reflective, critical ability and creativity during the process of teaching and learning. Elements of the logical research followed by the author for the implementation of the practical proposal as well as the transformations achieved in students and teachers on the basis of the prevocational preparation of future specialists of the legal profession are.
