The article presented the result of a pedagogical experience developed as part of the teaching work of the authors that took as its starting point the Ethics course. We worked with a sample of students and teachers from the Management, Development and Executive Secretariat faculties and the Economic Sciences faculty. The following methods and materials were used for its development: Analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction to define the problem and propose actions that make it possible to solve it, as well as to systematize the theoretical and methodological references that support the formative proposal that is offered, which is derived from theoretical reflections about ethics and its professional dimension and is aimed at strengthening in students the values ??of justice, freedom, equality, honesty, solidarity and responsibility as essential aspects in their ethical development, which will enable them to perform in the labor market once they graduate.
