Abstract

The aim of the research was to propose a strategy for overcoming directed to the improvement of professional performance in teaching tutor microuniverses, the proposal addresses the preparation of mentors that empowers put them in a position to advise service teachers in academic components, labor, research and university extension and prepares to lead the process of teaching and learning during labor practice charge. For the solution of scientific problems and meeting the target of the investigation applied methods and techniques of educational research: Methods of theoretical level: historical and logical, analytic-synthetic, inductive-deductive, systemic structural and functional methods of empirical level: observation , surveys, interviews and documentary analysis. As a result of the research strategy was developed with a system of short-, medium- and long-term contributing to the improvement of the professional performance of the tutor and allowed positively influence the process of teacher training. By applying the same it was found that it met expectations scientific as it is applicable in teaching practice.
