Model for the evaluation of training in educational executives
Abstract
The objective of the research consisted in the design of a model for the evaluation of the professional training of the educational executives. The proposal dealt with their training with an integrative approach; as well as a philosophical, pedagogical, sociological and psychological foundation and a system of indicators for the evaluation of such process, designed by spheres which aimed at the competence in the executives’ professional performance. To solve the scientific problem and fulfill the research objective, the following methods and techniques were used: analysis-synthesis, genetic-deduction, historical - logical, hypothetical- deductive, systemic - structural, modeling, the scientific observation, the survey, the interview, experts criterion, triangulation and the analysis of documents. As result of the research, was obtained a model designed by dimensions, to plan the training processes, in an integrative, dialectical and dynamic way, making emphasis in the human aspect of the executive. With the application of this model, the scientific expectation was fulfilled, due to it was possible its application when evaluating the training as a process in the educational executives.
