Abstract

In the present article the authors stated some theoretical meditations that support gender approach from the teaching-learning process in the educational system. This article was aimed at analyzing, from the theoretical point of view, the integration of gender approach into the teaching-learning process, due to the insufficient usage of educational influences that permit an adequate education in this sense. The authors used theoretical methods such as analysis-synthesis, induction- deduction. Among the empirical ones, the documental analysis was used; this complemented the theoretical elaborations done about the term gender from the English language, which makes a proper use of the teaching-learning process educational potentialities to contribute to its process. The analysis about gender approach permitted to increase the efficiency in communication among teachers and students, and place communication in a certain production context in the field of social relations.
