Creativity: its stimulation through orientation workshops to school and family

This article aimed at presenting the main results to a diagnosis made to the family about the stimulation of creativity in primary school children from that socio-educational context. It was applied at “Dalquis Sánchez Pupo” primary school in Holguín. Theoretical and empirical methods were used, such as analysis – synthesis, induction – deduction, generalization, interviews and surveys; as well as analysis of documents, among others. These results were part of the methodological work sample of the project of the “Consultant Center for the Stimulation of Verbal Talent at School” (CESTALVER). An analysis of the knowledge behaviour of teachers and parents about creativity and their stimulation on primary students was carried out, just like the training topics that were also covered in each workshop.
