In this article, the authors try to highlight the important of the pedagogical tact in the teaching process and its connotation in moral education and the formation of the identity in the students. The text has been elaborated based on concepts and criteria given by different authors and scientifically supported. These constitute the basis and the point of departure for de comments and reflections given by the author of the article. The text has been elaborated in a concise way and integrating key elements with a dialectical and materialistic approach from a pedagogical, philosophical, and psychological perspective. It is also important to appreciate the interrelation and connotation of these approaches with the objective praxis or the teacher.
