Implementation of playful didactic strategies to motivate Basic Spanish classes in the Accounting and Finance college degree

Abstract

The implementation of playful strategies in the university environment allows the approach to knowledge in a didactic and pleasant way, in order to develop abilities and skills in students. From the psychological point of view, there is a predisposition of the Accounting and Finance students to the contents of the Basic Spanish subject, taught in the first year of this degree course, as a part of the modifications to the Study Plan E. The article shows the implementation of games favoring student-teacher communication, with the aim of motivating the classes of the aforementioned subject, improving academic results and attendance at class shifts. The playful strategy applied demonstrated an academic optimization on the part of the students.
