Citizen formation for a direct participation in fiscal control

Abstract

This article is the result of the scientific-methodological activity of the author. It aimed to analyze from a theoretical-practical point of view the need for citizen training for participation in fiscal control, as an essential element for the control of public management. The theoretical methods used were analysis-synthesis and induction deduction. The application of the analytical-synthetic method allowed separating the elements, making a logical relationship between them, and developing a theoretical body for the formation of a direct participatory in fiscal control. The inductive-deductive method allowed the elaboration of generalizations, and from these, logical conclusions were deduced, which through induction became significant generalizations. The empirical methods used were the documentary analysis, the interview and the survey.
