El The psychopedagogic diagnosis in comprehensive attention to educans with special educational needs
Abstract
The approach of the psychopedagogical diagnosis, from the initial formation of the professionals of the education, contributes to guarantee a differentiated and inclusive educational attention in the school, familiar and community context, that is based on the flexibilization of the curriculum and preparation of teachers to ensure differentiated attention to students and their families. The present work is based on how the psychopedagogical diagnosis in Cuba guides educational inclusion and promotes inclusive practices from the timely detection of students with special educational needs (SEN), the orientation and follow-up process, the work of the Support Commissions Diagnosis (CAD) and its continuity in the different educational levels until the exit from the education system. The conception of diagnosis in Cuba favors the transit of students and ensures the essential conditions for success. Through the presentation a book is presented that integrates the main results of the research projects "Educational attention to children, adolescents and young people with SEN from concepts, contexts and development practices" and "The attention to talent in the new study plans of the Cuban education”.
