Abstract

The article “ A Theoretical Approach to the Diagnosis of the Learning of English as Foreign Language” entails the purpose to analyze the elements which, at the level of the theoretical knowledge, need to be taken into account when building the instrumentals for diagnosing the learning of English as foreign language in a reliable and valid way.
