The present article is the result of the research work “The labor formation in preschool education”, from the Consultant center for the management of the laboral formation of childrens, adolescents and youth in Holguin province. In this work and through the implementation of such research methods as bibliographical research some information is gathered about the psychological development of children in preschool age, wich will allow the researches of the Consulting Center to channel the labor abaut the formation to work at this age.
