Design of a surveillance system for arboviruses in pre-professional practice

Abstract

The surveillance system has become an intrinsic part of the work of health professionals. With the aim of designing a surveillance system for arboviruses in pre-professional practice. Research methods and techniques such as content analysis and scientific observation were applied. The surveillance system for arboviruses was designed based on the theory-practice relationship in the training of professionals, to implement control measures, reduce their impact on the health of the population, reduce the risk of spreading the epidemic or outbreak to new geographic areas, and inform the community about the health situation. Epidemiological information will be accessible and available for timely action. A surveillance system for arbovirus infections was established in pre-professional practice, according to the prevailing epidemiological situation, training professionals prepared to take on health emergencies and re-emergencies.
