Didactic strategy for the specialty Zootechnics - Veterinary considering the learning styles of the students

Given the need to continue improving the teaching of Animal Husbandry - Veterinary at the Polytechnic Institute of Agriculture (IPA) "Manuel Simón Tames Guerra", from a greater consideration of the student as the main protagonist of the teaching-learning process, it is proposed to center the teaching-educational process of this specialty in the knowledge and development of student learning styles as a way to treat content. To this end, a didactic strategy was elaborated that contributed to improve the teaching of the subjects of the Zootechnics - Veterinary specialty considering the characterization of the learning styles of the students. Its assessment was made through the method of specialist criteria.
