La evaluación de la Gestión de los Recursos Humanos Académicos: una necesidad para el desarrollo de los Institutos Superiores Pedagógicos
Abstract
The administration of the academic human resources, as process that underlies in the process of the administrative activity of each Institution of Higher Education (IHE), becomes, with the new objectives that these organizations assume, in a factor of strategic importance. Its evaluation becomes a necessity for the development of these institutions nowadays. This article presents, in a synthetic way, the theoretical development of the Administration of Human Resources (AHR), its evolution as a scientific discipline and as a practice in the context of the directive administration, as well as its main tendencies. It also includes an approach to the evaluation of the academic AHR in the pedagogic universities from the perspective of its form of realization and its main limitations.
