Need for diagnosing the management capability of the reserves of the principals of schools

This investigation has as a target, to make a theoretical-metodological conception of the diagnosis process of the direction capacity of the head reserve on primary school. Theouteomes obtained, give an answer to the contradiction given between the need of making the diagnosis of the direction capacity of the head reserve and the theoretical and methodological insufficiencies towards the realisation of this process. A process of evaluation of the theoretical-methodological conception will performed, that it’s proposed with the research of consensus about its relevance through the criteria of the experts and throug their feasibility using the experimentation method of the ground.
