Pedagogic significance of the knowledge of the history of the workers of the construction in Cuba

The objective of the article involved argumenting the significance that you have for the professional's pedagogic performance that you leave of the race of the Bachelor's Degree in Education Construction, to dominate the history of the process of formation of the workers of the construction in Cuba. The used methods matched: The historic logical analysis, analysis - synthesis, induction - deduction and the systemic structural, as well as the scientific observation, the documentary analysis and the workshops of critical reflection - synthesis, induction -. The executed diagnosis revealed insufficiencies in the manifestation of a historic culture of the formative processes that this educator's spheres of professional acting characterize. One of the causes established in her understanding of the pedagogic significance that manifests the command of this history for the performance of the teacher of technical subjects of study in the specialties of the construction that they develop at the polytechnics and technique not. Such significance lies in that the history of the workers of the construction forms essential part of the history of Cuba and in consequence his command generates the formation and development of a general technical culture and professional.
