Experience of the Investigative Job Training for Professionals in Training

Abstract

The purpose of the article was to explain the strategy used in the race Labor Education - Computer to achieve high preparation of the trainees during the investigative work practice. The methods from systematic observation, direct exchange and assessment tools, interviews and surveys of students, teachers and guardians of subsidiaries, and its therefore interpretation through a theoretical and practical systematization, as well as interviews and surveys, observation and assessment of results. The author evaluated the feasibility of the strategy that was implemented in the investigative work practice actions and activities designed to teaching vocational students reaffirmation of Labor Career Education - Computer during their initial training, it was possible to achieve a significant change in the behavior of our students. This has enabled further training Student Career Employment Education Computing, has strengthened the performance of tutors and teacher training, contributing to the research job training.
