Abstract

Given the current demands on the training of professionals in Education, it is necessary for college to intensify the actions carried on by its agents in order to achieve the formation of a qualified professional to face the challenges of the different educational levels.
To achieve this aspiration in this research is shown an experience of a coordinator of year to promote educational vocational guidance in students of Biology - Geography Major, based on the deepening of the processes taking place in the initial formation demanding professional guidance.
To do this, it is proposed as objective the development of a proposal for vocational guidance from systematic labor practice related to integrative discipline Investigative Job Training in the Biology-Geography Major. The implementation of the actions was completed through the comparative analysis of initial and final results, which yielded interesting results such as: knowledge of the teaching profession, identification with the teaching profession and achieving bond with the teaching profession.
