This work is the result of a bibliographical research, where the following theoretical methods were used: analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction. The comparison was made considering the criteria that arose from the different aspects sharing standards. The analysis of the current syllabus in the primary, secondary and senior high schools in Cuba was included. The main outcomes are the regularities related to the objectives, foundations, structure, links with the syllabus, based technologies and orientations for the design of activities. Other aspects were also analyzed, although they are not regularities, are relevant to the investigation, that´s the case of the conditions for the application of the aforementioned standards.
