The current moments establish guidelines when changing the perspectives for the attention of educational needs. Within the pedagogical process, working lines are drawn up, involving the different educational agents to stimulate assertive interpersonal relationships. In the study were used the consultation to the specialized literature and documents perusal. The work with the sources along with the analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction and historico-logical methods, allowed declaring as main result, psychotherapeutic workshops that led to the personality comprehensive development in adolescents with behavioral affective disorders. It is concluded that the therapeutic attention is a way to support the group of educational actions for the achievement of the social and educational integration of the adolescent with behavioral affective disorders.
