Methodological strategy aimed at improving the vocational training of Mechanization students

The stated objective was aimed at developing a strategy to help improve the vocational training of the students from the Bachelor in Education, specialty Mechanization, from the integration in the different formative scenarios. During the implementation of the research tasks, the researchers applied a set of theoretical and empirical methods as well as mathematical-statistics. Among the first ones were: the analysis-synthesis, the transition from the abstract to the concrete, induction-deduction, the historical-logical, modeling and the systemic structural-functional approach. Empirical methods were also used, like the participant scientific observation, the interview and survey, the documentary perusal, and the experts’ criterion. Likewise mathematical-statistics as the percentage calculation and the Delphi method. As conclusions, it was considered that the developed research process allowed identifying that the vocational training of such graduates from the beginnings up to the current conception went through three stages, which were characterized by the educational changes and the formation of a professional with a wider experience. It turned out to be positive the influence of the pedagogical model and the proposed strategy in praxis, conceived from the pedagogical internship.
