Bolívar and Martí in the Latin America and the Caribbean integration process

Abstract

This article deals with the updated thought  of Simon Bolivar and  Jose Marti as a point of reference to analyze the integration process among the Latin American and the Caribbean  countries as the only possible alternative for the preservation, consolidation and development of their identities and culture as independent  and sovereign nations. It also highlighted key aspects of the latinoamerican thought of these two great men, which are particularly important on the political education of students.
