Abstract

The present methodology had as objective to offer the conceptions and methodological tools to favor the effective development of the implementation and elaboration process and control of the strategies of the educational institutions; it allowed the integration of the different processes that generate the educational institutions for the achievement of the mission. It offered the possibility of the active participation and commitment of the school community agents´, as well as the coordination of the objectives with the subordinates and the control and evaluation of each dependence contributions, and the integration of the pedagogic staff starting from considering the peculiar conditions of each school scenario.
