The article was based on a research carried out upon children´s, adolescents’ and youngsters´ Education toward labor, in educational centers of Holguin Province. It offered a proposal of dimensions for the development of research on education toward labor, thus fostering labor education at the various educational subsystems of the Province. Likewise, it also reveals the essentials of labor education process, taking into account each educational subsystems´ peculiarities, as well as the agents, directly or indirectly involved in the multifarious development of the phenomenon under research.
