Planning Individual Training and Development of Education´s managerial staffs and their Possible Deputies

The research was carried out with the aim of proposing a conception and methodological tools on improving the planning, the conduction and the evaluation in the process of training and development of Education´s managerial staffs and their possible deputies. The proposal was derived from the authors´ theoretic systematization, their interchange of ideas on the topic with educational executives and the result of their professional activity as professors in scientific education management. This paper highlights the methodological resources in determining the profiles for the position, the actual status of every director´s and their possible deputies´ readiness for their posts, as well as the analysis related to the desired or required state for the job. The resources proposed enhance how to identify and use the opportunities to design the objectives and actions that facilitate the concretion of the outlined aspirations. The process is based on the active participation of the concerned parts in the process.
