La defensa de la identidad cultural comienza por el propio idioma

Abstract

Man´s formation and transformation into an affective subject with knowledge, human values
and with a degree of commitment constitutes a priority for any Latin American contry to face
the effects of neoliberal globalization. That´s why nowadays in the field of thought, this topic
has become apoint of reference and in this struggle, language plays a fundamental role. So,
in the current article an analysis is made about the importance of the Spanish language as
part of expression and support of the Latin American personality and the main weapon of
ideological struggle for defending aur cultural identity.
