La captación y selección de docentes para los institutos superiores pedagógicos, un desafío para la calidad universitaria pedagógica

Abstract

This article is part of the author’s reflections about the process of management of academic human resources in teachers’ colleges. It shows a characterization of the process of cooptation and selection of teaching personnel and the role played by the different instances that take part in it. There are proposals that, if taken into account, may contribute to improve the quality of the process.
