Abstract

In the present work exposes one a management model administrative and financial for Institutos Politécnicos Industriales of the Technical Education and Profesional, shaped for components and sub-components that they allow concretizing the administrative Step in practice and financier, following the functional logic of the directive process of whose interaction and emerges the integralidad in the administrative Step and financier ( GAF ) like resulting attribute. In like manner definitions and forms contribute themselves of concretizing the GAF attending to the particularities that the ETP's IPI characterize. Like theoretic contribution, result of the educational investigation, constitute an instrument of inestimable value for executives and officials entrusted with educational institutions' address, that can have an effect over the elevation of the quality of the process of address in the educational centers.
