Abstract

This article starts from the necessity to re-study the conception of Pedagogy as a subject in the formation of teachers-to-be, in order to assure the increasing of the stimulation of the professional identity, as a way to guarantee a more competent development. With this objective, a group of methodological actions is proposed to apply the professional approach to the subject of Pedagogy, in the Arts Instructor's Major. This work begins from the methodological work in the group of subjects, dealing with psychological and pedagogical contents in the formation of educators, and their relationship with the academic year teaching staff. Taking into account this relationship, this proposal is made in order to give a solution to the exigencies of the professional model for this group of students. To validate these results the authors use a group of methods from the systematization of experiences in the educative practice.
