In brief words, the author communicates to the reader outstanding aspects of the life and work of César López, National Prize of Literature 1999, Member of number of the Cuban Academy of the Language and member corresponding of the Real Spanish Academy, the poet to who was dedicated the XVI International Fair of the Book in Cuba.
