Abstract
This work deals with the existing relation between the pedagogical the pedagogical thought of Enrique José Varona, and the new conception of the higher education, which is being carried out in our country today, with the purpose of developing a new revolutionary model in the Cuban leaching formation for an adequate professional lack facing the conditions of a massive education.
