Una experiencia pedagógica en la práctica de la gimnasia musical aerobia con estudiantes varones del Instituto Superior Pedagógico de Holguín
Abstract
The current article deals whith a very up-dated and interesting issue that is, the practice of Aerobics by male students of the Teacher’s Training College in Holguin. Various research methods were applied to the group to corroborate the efficiency of the new program, which includes a great deal of Aerobics within the regular Phisycal Education Program. The information compiled in our research is very usefull for the teachers in the coming years. It shows that there is a great potential in aerobics to encourage the emotional and physical development of male students practicing it .
