Abstract

This work analizes significant aspects related to the labor of the revolutionary government to develop a general integral culture of de people, following Martí’s ideas related to education. It makes reference to readers habit decreasement and the importance of the book and the reading to increase the man`s spirit. It shows some ideas expressed by our National Hero José Martí related to theme.
